    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/208673"&gt;@AhmedAshour&lt;/a&gt; ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have access to the Partner Actions &amp;gt; Manage Users menu on the partner portal?&amp;nbsp; (Scroll down and click on Partner Relationship Management on the 1st page.&amp;nbsp; The menu at the top will turn blue.)&amp;nbsp; Changing user info in the partner portal can only be done by administrators.&amp;nbsp; At least one person in your organization should have been made an administrator by PANW.&amp;nbsp; You will need to find that person and have them do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
