Any idea?

This should be resolved now. We are in the process of migrating this service between cloud hosting providers, the dns entries between the instances were muddled some. The 'old' AA will be at old.autoassistant.paloaltonetworks.com for 2 more weeks. New tool goes live 12p MST.
