&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check if the traffic that you are looking at is coming on secured port e.g. 443. If it is then firewall will not be able to see the header information unless the traffic is decrypted on the palo alto.&lt;/P&gt;
