&lt;P&gt;Not sure what you're trying to accomplish but ms-quick-assist is the app in applipedia.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm assuming you have a security policy in place that's allowing it ? Do you see any blocks in the logs ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is the traffic actually being identified on the firewall (what do the logs say) ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Nothing in the logs ? Then check if the &lt;A href="https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000CloNCAS" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;global counters&lt;/A&gt; can shed some light on the situation.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all, new to the group &amp;amp; firewall management, so please bare with me &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering if there's any information from anyone using Quick Assist? It opens in error &amp;amp; before I start digging, just thought I would ask.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please point me in the right direction if known. I'm currently looking for a single solution to provide IT support across a group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
