Looking at the comparison chart, if I was interested in the 3430 and I use SSL decryption, threat prevention\wildfire\URL filtering and IPSEC vpn does that mean I would get roughly 9/2 Gbps or 12.2 Gbps?

Howdy, you should look the lowest numbers when reviewing the comparison sheet.

With IPSec, you would be getting a max of 12.2

When you implemented full Threat Protection, it drops to 9.2 max at its worst.

You would probably get closer to 10, because not all traffic will be decrypted and not all rules will have Threat Protection profiles enabled.
