I understand Teams is measuring call quality from end to end. Have you considered that someones ISP is not good, and because a single site is bad, that metrics for the call could be affected (i.e. not a PANW FW issue).

I have gig to my home and I still get these issues on Teams... and I am not even sending traffic through my PANW FW.

You may want to consider broadening your troubleshooting vs exclusively looking at the PANW for the root cause.

Teams has some okay metrics to view with. I have found them very unreliable in my troubleshooting

Hi all,

we have some issues with MS-Teams.

Our customers have random disconnections during the cals. In the app they recive error - "bad network quality" and after that they reconnect. Call quality itself is good. In MS console there is no allerts for diconnections or bad quality. Evriting regarding MS products was excluded from inspecion decription etc. expect skype app . Even we stoped the zone protection but the behaivior is same. We have 2 ISP, on both of them issues are the same. We have PA850 with 10.0.8-h4 .

Did someone face this kind of problems? Any sugestions?

Thank you!
