Hi Boris,

Captive Portal will only trigger on unknown users - so your AD users will not get the Captive Portal form, so long as we have them in as known users from the PAN Agent. So no special configuration required. However, you may want to exclude IP's of servers etc from User-ID that do not log in and need internet access - Otherwise CP will hijack them.

Rgds

James

It's possible to configure a fallback to a web form (captive portal) if a user is unkown without specifing a source ip adress in the captive portal policy? In our DHCP network we a mix of AD connected user and not AD connected. If yes how ?

Best regards Boris
