Not able to see all option in CLI on palo alto firewall

Hi Guys,

I got this issue that im not able to see the CLI options after i press "tab"

As you can see from the photos. Im able to see more options on the working fw than the non working fw. Both are using the same access account.

Is it because the fw do not that the options thats why it didnt appear under the option?

Model: PA5220

Version: 9.1.13-h3

from the screen shots you shared, my best guess is that Firewall that you marked as working is supporting multi vsys.
