Stats Dump is not generting from the month

We are unable to generate the Stats Dump file for CLI for a month in 10.1.0/10.0.0 version . while in previously version in 9.1.X we are able to generate Stats Dump file.Please let me know is there is any bug/or feature limitation

I just tried on one of the Firewall running PAN-OS 10.0.7 to generate Stats Dump File with time range 1 month and it run successfully. Are you getting any error? Have you tried to restart management process?

I used this syntax: scp export stats-dump start-time equal 2021/09/13@00:00:01 end-time equal 2021/10/13@23:59:59 to username@server:/

Did you upload this report to SLR website.And check whether it's generate the report for 1 month or 1 week. Iam check in different firewall from 10.0.7 as well as 10.1.0 version but unable to extract the report of 1 month. Iam apply same command to extract the report but when i upload it's only show me on 1 week report.

Hi Joshan

Did you ever manage to sort this one out as I have exactly the same issue. in the 10.0.09 release notes there was a item about empty stats dump files being fixed but I'm on 10.0.10 and the stats dump file is still empty.
