When checking the wildfire log, the action of benign file is randomly displayed as block or allow.

Dear Team,

For the same file, log is displayed as block or allow.

All antivirus wildfire actions are set to alert.

The log and antivirus profile settings are as follows.

I would like to know why this symptom is occurring.

You can see this when the firewall identifies the traffic via a signature or local analysis and determined it initially to be malicious, but then when it's sent to the sandbox environment for analysis it's discovered to be benign. Therefore, the verdict would be benign, but because we don't want to block traffic before the file is analyzed it took the action it best thought was appropriate.

When you take a look at the actual Wildfire report, I'd expect that you would see a different hash for these files being reported.
