&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately to access the setup portal you need to have access to your account, so you need to ask support team to remove the email 2FA so you can access your account, BUT second factor is now mandatory so you will be prompted to setup one. I would recommend you to use "Google Authenticator", it doesn't have to be exactly Google, Microsoft Authenticator works fine as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Get email authentication when logging in to the support site&amp;nbsp;But I don't get an authentication mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is the account locked because of too many attempts?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone know how to change or cancel 2FA settings?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
