&lt;P&gt;If if I understand correctly, the client is attempting to RDP to his laptop from another system while said laptop is connected to the VPN? Do I have that correct?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can review the PanGPS.log file to see if the client itself is disconnecting when the user attempts to connect like this. Depending on a number of different settings and how they're attempting to do this, there's a couple options that would prevent something like this from actually working. Do you have any control over the GlobalProtect app configuration?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello Everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having client who is trying to connect the laptop from office system. VPN is on the laptop, and he can see the file and stuff , but when he is accessing through remote desktop connection to laptop. when it login , Screen lock it up and VPN lost it connection and ping drop its connection. any solution to it. he wanted to access his laptop through remote desktop connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i think if there is any chance that VPN connection would still be on when the system lock itself when rdp try to connect laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
