After fresh install 10.1.6 dns wont work Panorama

Hi guys,
did anybody get the same issue like me. After a fresh install of Panorama 10.1.6, dns wont work. I troubleshoot this for a while and find out that panorama not even yet request the dns. I read the Adressed/Known issue couple times but never found related to this issue? how it can be prefered ? If something that basic is not working ?

Considering it's a fresh install and not an upgrade, are you 100% sure that you've configured things properly and that the appliance can actually reach external resources? This isn't a widespread issue with 10.1.6, so if you've verified that everything is setup properly try a re-install of the OS and make sure something in your installation didn't fail to install properly.
