Hello,

Is there an easy way to change site access and user cred submission actions (from say allow to block) for a url category on a bunch of url filters at once?

Making bulk edits has been discussed several times in the past.

I'd suggest looking at the expedition tool which allows you to make bulk edits on your config and do much more neat stuff:
