I've been trying to scan an endpoint for malware but the scans complete with only partial success. Any ideas why that is?

Hi @adaric0312 ,

I'm guessing you're using Cortex XDR ?

In order to get more info you could check the agent support file from the partially succeeded endpoint to get more info on the scan results.

This error can happen for example when one or more files can't be scanned.

A possible reason for this can be a corrupt file for example.

The result appears as "Completed with Partial Success".

Best,
