topic How Do I Actually Get Support From Palo Alto? in General Topics

So I purchased premium support for my device but when I go to the website to create a support ticket, I get to a point where the ticket is blocked by a window telling me that I am being redirected to the live community. If I click continue a new tab opens to to this site. If I click cancel they close my ticket. There is no way to go back to the ticket I was creating.

Since Palo Alto no longer does phone support, I can't call in without a ticket, but I can't create a ticket because they won't let me. I assume this isn't just a cash grab to take my money and let me suffer with a product they won't support but there has to be a better way than just giving me the run around.

If I have a serious issue I am basically looking at a useless device or another vendor that actually offers support.

So I finally press enough buttons on the phone to get someone to pick up and they just hang up on me. Is this for real?

Come on Palo Alto, what the hell?

What do the words premium or support mean to you?
