We tried to upgrade our 5260 firewalls (in active active scenario) from 9.0.16-h2 to 9.1 and further the interface don't come up

power-down is when they're manually set to down via configuration

did this suddenly happen, did you reach out to support ?

@santoshyadav,

Seems like your configuration migration during the upgrade process went a little haywire, but the fact that some of your dataplane interfaces are up is actually a good sign. If you haven't already, try simply turning the interfaces back up and committing the configuration to get the remaining online.

You'd want to make sure that the rest of your configuration is working properly assuming this was a migration issue.
