&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is quite confusing... Click the blue "Get Help" that looks like a menu category. That is actually the create new ticket button.... Why they couldn't just name it "Create Ticket" we will never know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No "Create a  Support Case Now' button visible?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm I missing something here, I've been clicking around looking to create a support case, and no where in the web portal can I find a 'create support case now' button, I've tried firefox and chrome,&amp;nbsp; and same results are between the two.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also read the KB article "How to Open a Support Case and Verify Entitlement".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I took a screenshot of the support portal,&amp;nbsp; does this appear to be a permissions thing and the 'create support case' button is hiding on me?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much my good sir!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Silly me for thinking a 'create case' option would be strategically placed under the 'support cases' section of the helpdesk portal.&amp;nbsp; If the 'Open' and 'Closed' cases options under 'support cases' ever move out,&amp;nbsp; I'll know to look for a it under a new 'current help', or 'closed help' section of the support portal.&amp;nbsp; /s.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
