&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming that you're talking about the inability to create a support account with a personal email address correct? If that's the case, PAN generally doesn't allow this to happen as they don't expect you to be using the product as a consumer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can always fill this out&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/login-assistance" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/login-assistance&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and ask for an exception and they'll build out the account on the backend to bypass the restriction (or at least they would previously).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
