account type evolution show on palo alto support site

on https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/ site showing my account type eval. Can not register Davies on support portal.

thanks for the post. Could you have a look into this KB: https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClNVCA0 to change your account type from eval to support account?
