    <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems we can not login top the Cortex XDR portal.. We also can not get to our Support Cases.&amp;nbsp; We see an "Unauthorized. Error 4011 when trying to log into the Cortex XDR tenant.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then trying to get to support tickets.... we see... Salesforce...&amp;nbsp; Single Sign On Error...&amp;nbsp; We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having these issues?&amp;nbsp; Multiple IT Staff here having these issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; And no way to open a support ticket.&amp;nbsp; Phone Support&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; process leads me to a dead end...&amp;nbsp; We have Premium Support on everything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
