Ha1 is showing down || PA 410 model

We configured ethernet 1/6 and 1/7 as respective HA interface ( Control link ,Data link ) respectively. Both interface are showing up , but in the dashboard only HA2 came up and HA1 is showing Down. Kindly let us know is there any thing we are missing.

Firewalls are of same model, same version, same interface type and only Software warranty and cortex data lake license present currently at both ends.

Hi @Sujanya ,

Can you verify that you have IPs within the same subnet assigned for the HA1 link?
