&lt;P&gt;Doesn't look like RabbitMQ is running or accepting connections. Look at the rabbitmq-server service and see if it's running. Also if you're running into this issue it seems likely that you aren't using the docker container. I'd&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;highly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;recommend you switch over so that you only have to worry about securing access to the container.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
