&lt;P&gt;Looks like CESC is a sub account from RSPG.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From what I can see '&lt;A href="mailto:chandan.roy@dimensiondata.com'" target="_blank"&gt;chandan.roy@dimensiondata.com'&lt;/A&gt; is registered as a contact under the CESC account.&amp;nbsp; Maybe he's a contractor within the CESC company ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It also looks like support is actively working on the case to have you registered as a super-user on both serials.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid, LIVEcommunity can't really help with this.&amp;nbsp; Please check back in with support on progress with the case.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>A new comment has been added on a case [Case#: 02407876] - Unable to log into Support Portal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Asper our dictation we install two Palo alto PA440 box in CESC office and for registration we create a account username: ********* and Password: *********** and it create successfully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But when we try to support portal by using the account details it&amp;nbsp; display (UnAuthorized Access /Your membership has expired or has not been approved, please contact Palo Alto Networks Support.) and also not able to update any license it say the device not register.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So we create a case in Palo Alto and they replay The super user on the account is: Chandan Roy chandan.roy@dimensiondata.com you need his approval for access the support portal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But we don't know ho is Chandn Roy and whey he the super admin of our new account&amp;nbsp; ??&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WE&amp;nbsp;did everything from our side buy did not get any proper help from support but no solution for the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Both the devices are running&amp;nbsp;without registration and no license.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Model&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; PA-440&lt;/P&gt;
