    <description>&lt;P&gt;Occasionally we run across newly registered domains that we either know or believe to be non-malicious and that we need immediate access to.&amp;nbsp; Newly registered domains are blocked by the Palo Altos - is there a way to flag specific newly registered domain URLs as allowable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Create custom URL category for URLs that should be permitted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Create security policy for outgoing traffic and place it above existing outgoing policy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Add custom URL category into the policy under "Service/URL Category" tab.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If new policy has profiles set under Actions tab then URL profile attached should not block newly registered domains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
