&lt;P&gt;Old post, but I've actually gone through this process now. You need to open up a case and select Admin as the product category, and then simply let them know the serials that you want to remove. There's not a way for customers to do this themselves, but PAN will do it on the backend so you don't have to deal with a bunch of assets that aren't in service anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I honestly have no idea if they can, or if you would need to open a support ticket to get it removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also utilize Device Tags to help filter your asset list if you have a longer list, that might take care of your needs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
