Hello, I've been facing problems accessing the VPN since Wednesday afternoon from the application on my Android phone. I can't connect to the VPN network. would it be possible to tell me what's going on?

I get an error message when I try to connect :

GlobalProtect: Connection Failed. The network is unreachable or the portal is unresponsive. Check the network connection and reconnect.

I have checked my connectivity, everything is working fine. Is it a general failure?

There can be several problems, one of them is if you can reach the Portal outside of Globalprotect. There you realize if you can reach the portal. It would also be good to validate if it is an authentication issue to start rule out.

First you need to check if only android users or all users are connecting failed
