PAN3260 HA1-B disabled - HA1-B interface configuration

I have a pair of PA3260 HA1-B port is not working. Connecting both PAN HA1-B between appliances, but there's no LED on the ports. Is there command to reset/enable the port? Please help,

Are you running PAN-OS 8.1 by any chance ?

Please ensure you're running a recommended PAN-OS version to rule out any older bugs.

Have you checked the following: HA1 Backup link showing "Down"

Have you tried a different cable to confirm it's not a cable issue ?
