How do you have the associated authentication policy configured? What do you have the timeout value set to within the associated policy?

Everything that is an unknown user must be authenticated if he wants to access the internet with Timeout 2700, but what I find out is that

User-id agent mapping sometime domain\user and sometime domain\machine name and that could be a problem.

I upgraded the User-ID agent last night and now it shows as it should, so we'll see if there will be any problems.
