I need to connect my 3410 upstream toward a remote panorama. I need to use a fiber interface but the 3410 only has a copper interface for MGMT. Can I select any other interface declare it to be "Management" as the management interface and install a fiber SFP into it

Hi @tomdeevy ,

Not only can you make any other interface a management interface, you can also manage the NGFW from one of you data interfaces so that you don't have to run a dedicated management cable.

Create an Interface Management Profile.
Allow HTTPS and SSH.
Apply it to the interface.
Change the service routes to use the new interface for all services.
