&lt;P&gt;If you're hitting connect and absolutely nothing is happening, there's an issue with the agents ability to connect to the service. This should be evident if you look at the pangpa.log file. Generally speaking a full uninstall and re-install will address whatever issue happened with the service installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've installed Global Protect last version 6.1 omn Windows 11 Home Edition with ARM Processor. After insert the portal it stop to run. Anybody has found similar problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What error are you receiving when you attempt to connect? What errors if any are recorded in your pangps.log file?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
