&lt;P&gt;Steps followed :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ui-provider gr b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak"&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.paloaltonetworks.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.paloaltonetworks.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Create account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Add sr&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fill the required details and sumit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Request would go to superuser once he approved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was able to access the Support portal&lt;/P&gt;</description>
