If your are asking regarding the MFA for your Palo Alto account (support portal, app hub, live community, beacon etc) the short anwser is - you cannot.

MFA is mandarory for all CSP accounts.

Is possible to change MFA method from biometric login to mail OTP...?

@t.jithendra,

You can manage MFA options at https://sso.paloaltonetworks.com/enduser/settings if you want to enable another option and remove the biometric authenticator that you have setup.
