For reference here is the official documentation for upgrade:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-1/pan-os-upgrade/upgrade-pan-os/upgrade-the-firewall-pan-os/determine-the-upgrade-path" target="_self"&gt;Doc&lt;/A&gt;. In the case, you have Panorama in your environment, you should upgrade Panorama first.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can download and install and reboot&amp;nbsp; 9.1.16 and then download 10.0.0 and download install the latest ver 10.0.11&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and then download 10.1.0 and download install and reboot 10.1.8. Is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
