"Failed to upload image. Device not connected." updating dedicated logger content.

I have dedicated loggers running 10.1.5 and need to upgrade them to 10.1.10. Before I do that, I need to update the content versions. However, when I try to install via dynamic updates from the Panorama to the Log Collectors, I get the subject error.

When I look at Panorama->Managed Collectors, they show as connected. If I run show panorama-status on the log collectors, they show connected. Hopefully I'm missing something simple here!

EDIT: I was able to get the content upgraded using the CLI to download and install directly from the log collectors. I would still like to figure out why the Panorama do it.

Hello

Ensure proper network connectivity, certificate trust, and dynamic updates configuration between Panorama and Log Collectors. Restart services if needed. Check software versions for compatibility.
