The preferred release for 10.1 is 10.1.10-h1. Can you update to 10.1.10-h1 and see if you still experience high latency with the GUI?

Hi Experts,

We have PA 3220 in HA pair. The secondary device GUI is very much slow previously version was 10.1.6 now we upgraded to 10.1.10 but still the response is slow. Please note that the slow response issue is only on secondary device, primary device is working fine. please let me know if any one know a solution.

many thanks.

Does the slow response follow the device itself, or does it follow the passive role?

To put it another way:

If you failover the active role to the device presently having the issue, do you see the slow GUI response while that device is running as active? Do you see that slow response always present on the passive device regardless of which of the two devices are in a passive state?
