Login to my account livecommunity

Hi whenever i logon to my Livecommunity, i need to confirm it by my email to get the code after entering password. Can i setup it simpler and logon just via password? Anyone can show where to configure it? Thanks

Hi @kevinospf ,

The Live Community uses your CSP credentials. The CSP supports email, Okta, or Google for MFA. Here are the instructions to configure it -> https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClN9CAK.

I'll also just add that removing MFA on an account isn't a possibility, nor is removing the automatic deactivation after nonuse of an account. This has actively caused issues with smaller accounts that only have a single person regularly logging in since it actively prevents a "break glass" account without regularly using said account.
