Cant Download Panorama for esx ova

hi someone knows why i cant download panorama ova for esxi i read about it in some places and i have a support account but still cant find the right download.

according to palo alto forums i should see above panorama updates panorama base images but i dont have it.

Hi @Guy_Avitan ,

Do you have a license for Panorama? If you do not have the licenses, you will not see the base images. If not, you can ask for an eval licenses from your PANW AM or SE.
