Hello,

I had a similar problem with incorrect traffic showing on the ACC tab. I upgraded to version 10.2.4-H3, and the issue was resolved. However, after migration to version 10.2.4-H4 and then to version 10.2.5 the problem persists. The ACC tab shows unrealistic traffic volumes that are not supported by our Firewall. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it ?

Thanks you.

Hello for all,

We were having problems importing certificates in an automated way in version 10.2.3-H4, so we did an Update to version 10.2.4-H3 and since this version we have verified that the certificate problem has been resolved, however, the network traffic shown on tab ACC --> Source and Destination IP Active is unreal! Then we migrated to version 10.2.4-H4 and recently to version 10.2.5, however, the problem persists! In the ACC tab we see Tera traffic, Petabytes! Which is not even supported by our Firewall. Has anyone had a similar problem, or have any suggestions on what can be done?
Attached picture...

if you're seeing outlandishly unrealistic numbers in your ACC you may be running into some sort of bug

since it's persisting across 2 upgrades, your best recourse is to reach out to support and have them check this as it might be a bug
