PA-5220 OS upgrade from 10.1.0 to 10.1.10 stuck 45%

When I upgrading two PA-5220 in HA , one was seccess upgrade to 10.1.10 ,but the other one is stuck pending 45% over one hour ,could anyone can help ?

Hi @Alvin_omni ,

When you say the firewall is stuck at 45% Is that during downloading or installing the new PAN-OS? Are you still stuck at 45%?

yes, it's still stuck at 45% over 12 hours

time to reboot the firewall and try install again

an upgrade can take a while and in some cases an hour is possible. 12 hours is,however, not normal

One question, PAN OS 10.1.10 why?
Try with the prefert version of PaloAlto 10.2.4 H3 is the most stable
