App seen is empty and log traffic is incomplete

Hello team,

Why some policies show, there is no app visible, and the traffic log is not complete? im not sure why.

any idea ?

The most common reason I have seen for your issue is one-way communication. Click on the magnifying glass/paper icon in the 1st column of the row. The Detailed Log View window will pop up. Scroll down and look for the Details window in the middle. Then look for the Packets Sent and Packets Received counts. You may see 0 Packets Received. If that is the case, you may need to look at routing in your network.
