&lt;P&gt;You're really going to need to review the logs in this instance and see what's going on. Initial things that I would troubleshoot are the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify that you're actually allowing the traffic to pass without issue. It&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;appears&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;like this is working fine based off of the information in your post.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Review the RADIUS server logs and ensure that it's actually receiving the information as expected and allowing the endpoint. It appears most likely that this is the issue with the information you have in your post. Some of your conditions may not being hit, but you'll need to review that to make sure that's the actual issue and correct any mistakes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>WLC -Radius Communication over Prisma SDWAN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wireless user Can be authenticated successfully when WLC and Radius in Same LAN network&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;OR&amp;nbsp; WLC Communicate with Radius over MPLS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it is not working over Prisma SDWAN.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have checked from the radius server - No fragmentation issue BUT it gives access-reject to any users try to access via Wireless.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ION version : 6.1.3.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
