Wildfire uploads: cancelled - by DP, smb out of order detected

Dear Community!

While checking the Wildfire uploads, I see that many uploads of ms-office files are cancelled with the following log :

ms-office cancelled - by DP, smb out of order detected

Does anyone know what´s the reason of this upload being cancelled?

Hi @Carracido ,

Just from reading the error, there is an issue with the sequence or order in SMB packets. Because of this, the DP is canceling the WF submission. I would reach out to TAC for this issue. I found one other case where WF submissions were "cancelled by DP" but for an entirely different reason.
