&lt;P&gt;I would recommend creating a new URL outbound security policy and denying the "whatsapp" application from your desired zones. You can place this security policy directly above your outbound URL policy.&amp;nbsp; If you dont want to create an additional security policy, you can create a custom URL category and set type to "URL List". In the sites, I would enter "www.*.whatsapp.*" and test it out. Once you have that created, you can go into the primary URL filtering profile you have attached to your outbound URL security policy and set the newly created custom URL to "block".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
