&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply. Tried to create admin case but &lt;A href="https://supportcases.paloaltonetworks.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://supportcases.paloaltonetworks.com&lt;/A&gt; is also not accessible due to SSO Error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please mention an alternate option to reach out to support from palo alto networks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
