Palo Alto Authentication Failed Error Code : -1 after successful MFA SSO

Hi Team,

Getting Authentication Failed Error Code : -1 after successful MFA SSO.

It actually takes the UN and PW, also was able to authenticate with my yubikey, but then it gives this error message.

Any fix to this please?

Do you have access to the firewall where MFA is configured? I would recommend checking the system logs to see if there are any additional details regarding your specific login.

I do not but I can have our firewall team check. Anything in particular in the system logs they need to focus on?

Great. They should be able to take a look at the system logs and check for any additional details about the error you are receiving. They can check settings related to identity providers configured, authentication profiles, and authentication sequences.
