      <title>not able to open support case</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I try to open support case error message coming up saying "&lt;SPAN&gt;Problem Category is missing".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although I select the product as PAN-OS while creating the case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
