Hello everyone

I had an old case that was closed already. I need to re-open it. Can you please guide me?

Go to your closed case, then move to "Manage Your Case".

You'll find re-open option there.

At that point I'd open a new case and reference the old case within the new case so TAC has the additional context. I think there's a time limit on how long you can wait before you re-open a case, but TAC should be able to still read the old case as long as you provide the case number.
