i am trying to register a new account to register a product... getting an error message

I have just seen the very same error where one of my clients was trying to register one of their users with the invitation link. Is that a temporary issue with the support portal or something else that we might be missing here?

We faced the same issue
Cannot do anything because unable to register an account

FYI, worked for my client this morning, so I guess the issue is now gone.
