&lt;P&gt;Assuming that you've set the users roles properly in Identity &amp;amp; Access and they're still getting the unauthorized error I'd recommend reaching out to support and opening an admin case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>XSOAR Access denied</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have a user with the same permissions that the other users in XSOAR and in CSP who cannot log in XSOAR.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It keeps giving an error:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unauthorized 401403.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has anyone seen this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
